Parking Onze Lieve Vrouweplein, Amersfoort

Parking at Onze Lieve Vrouweplein is constrained by Amersfoort’s car-restricted centre and permit-only streets. Mobypark lets you compare and pre-book available private parking in the wider area, including unused hotel and office spaces, garages and private driveways; check each address and route before booking.

Bookable private parking for Onze Lieve Vrouweplein

There are bookable private parking spots in the wider Amersfoort area, rather than within 1 km of the square. These are spaces their owners do not actively use, such as hotel or office parking, private driveways and unused garages. Compare the location, dates, access details and walking route before choosing a space.

Street parking near Onze Lieve Vrouweplein

Do not assume visitors can park on the square itself. Streets in the central area around the Onze Lieve Vrouwetoren are largely car-restricted or reserved for permit holders, and some permit-only areas apply 24 hours a day.

In the surrounding day-ticket zone, street parking costs €3 for the first hour, followed by a €60 day ticket. Paid hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to midnight, and Sunday, 12:00 to midnight. The exact zone can change from street to street, so check the signs before paying. For a full-day stay, bookable Mobypark parking may cost less than the day ticket; compare the actual location and booking terms.

Public car parks for parking in Amersfoort’s centre

The Sint-Jorisplein public car park is one central option. It has 444 spaces, accessible bays and electric-vehicle charging points; the maximum vehicle height is 2 metres. Check the displayed tariff before entering, as garage prices can vary by day and parking period. If arrival-time availability matters, compare a pre-booked private parking spot on Mobypark too, checking its exact address and vehicle access.

Long-stay and overnight parking near Onze Lieve Vrouweplein

For a stay lasting several hours or overnight, compare the total cost of a garage, the applicable street tariff and a bookable private parking spot before setting off. Street charges and restrictions depend on the zone and time, while pre-booked Mobypark parking lets you check availability and access for your dates in advance. Confirm that the booked address suits your route and intended length of stay.

Driving into the centre of Amersfoort

The inner centre is car-restricted, and a permit is required to drive into it at any time. A parking booking or a space in a public car park does not itself grant permission to enter restricted streets. Follow the access signs and plan your approach to avoid driving into a permit-only area.
